"Hacks" y "The Pitt" encabezan las candidaturas de la 78ª edición
Todos los nominados a los Premios Emmy 2026
La Academia de Televisión anunció este miércoles los nominados a la 78ª edición de los Premios Emmy, cuya ceremonia se celebrará el 14 de septiembre de 2026 en el Peacock Theater de Los Ángeles. La gala será conducida por Mariska Hargitay y se emitirá en vivo por NBC, además de estar disponible en streaming a través de Peacock.
El anuncio de las nominaciones se realizó desde el Wolf Theatre, ubicado en el Saban Media Center, con la participación de Liza Colón-Zayas, Jeff Hiller y el presidente de la Academia de Televisión, Cris Abrego.
La gran protagonista de las nominaciones fue Hacks, que obtuvo 24 candidaturas, convirtiéndose en la serie de comedia con mayor cantidad de nominaciones en una sola edición de los Emmy. Con esa cifra supera el récord anterior de 23 nominaciones, compartido por The Studio (2025) y The Bear (2024).
En la categoría de drama, el liderazgo quedó en manos de The Pitt, que alcanzó 25 nominaciones, consolidándose como la producción más reconocida del género este año.
Las nominaciones reúnen tanto a intérpretes con una extensa trayectoria como a actores y actrices que reciben su primera nominación al Emmy.
Entre los nombres más destacados aparecen Steve Carell (Rooster), Jamie Lee Curtis (The Bear), Harrison Ford (Shrinking), Lisa Kudrow (The Comeback), Gary Oldman (Slow Horses) y Michelle Pfeiffer (Margo's Got Money Troubles).
También fueron reconocidas nuevas figuras como Taylor Dearden (The Pitt), Chase Infiniti (The Testaments), Sarah Pidgeon (Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette) y Connor Storrie (Saturday Night Live).
En total, 28 intérpretes obtuvieron su primera nominación en las categorías de actuación.
Uno de los nombres que más se repite este año es Jason Bateman, quien recibió cuatro nominaciones por su trabajo como actor, director y productor en Black Rabbit y DTF St. Louis.
Con tres nominaciones aparecen Quinta Brunson (Abbott Elementary), Paul W. Downs (Hacks), Matthew Rhys (Widow's Bay y The Beast in Me), Jason Segel (Shrinking), Martin Short (Only Murders in the Building y Match Game) y Noah Wyle (The Pitt), quien fue reconocido como actor, director y productor.
La 78ª edición de los Premios Emmy se realizará el lunes 14 de septiembre de 2026 desde el Peacock Theater, en L.A. LIVE, con transmisión en vivo para Estados Unidos por NBC y streaming en Peacock.
Previamente, los Creative Arts Emmy Awards se entregarán los días 5 y 6 de septiembre, mientras que la votación final de los miembros de la Academia comenzará el 17 de agosto.
